Gone are the days of digging through layers of administrative menus to find what you need. We’ve reorganized the site’s architecture from the ground up using an audience-centric approach.

By categorizing content based on user intent rather than internal department structures, we’ve made the digital experience intuitive and frictionless.

- ShopPetawawa Integration: In a major boost for local economic development, the site features a robust Business Directory. Business owners can now submit and manage their own listings, keeping their contact info, hours, and services up to date in real-time.
