Supporting Non-Profits in the Pontiac & The Ottawa Valley

Non-profit organizations help weave the fabric of our community—whether through culture, advocacy, local business development, or care for those in need. From historical societies and business groups to health advocates and arts organizations, these groups keep us connected—and we’re proud to share new ways Calumet Media and The Equity are stepping up our support.

Introducing the Bulletin Board

Starting this month, registered non-profits can access free space in our new “Bulletin Board” section in The Equity. Whether you’re promoting an event, fundraiser, or just making your organization more visible, we’re offering this space—no strings attached.

Earn Ad Credits with Every Purchase

We’re also launching a new value-added benefit: when a registered non-profit makes a purchase through Pontiac Printshop, Cygraphics or Calumet Media, 10% of the purchase amount will be credited toward future advertising in The Equity. It’s our way of helping you stretch your budget while keeping your message front and centre.

Who Qualifies?

To ensure this program stays sustainable, it’s available to registered non-profit organizations only. If you’re part of a local club or community group that isn’t officially registered, you can still submit your events for free publication on The Equity’s website using our at https://theequity.ca/events/

Want to take part?

If your organization would like to take advantage of this advertising opportunity, please contact Colleen Jones at colleen@theequity.ca.

We believe strong communities are built when we show up for each other. This is just one way we’re showing up for you.
